What we collect
To place and deliver an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and, if you provide it, your email. If you create an account, we also store your login details and any default delivery address you save.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to process and deliver your order, keep you updated on its status, respond to messages you send us, and — if you sign up for it — let you know about new drops. We never sell your data to anyone.
Payment information
We don't process or store card details. Cash on Delivery orders are paid in person; UPI payments are made directly to our UPI ID and confirmed manually against the reference number you provide.
Who we share it with
Only the courier partner handling your delivery, and only what's needed to get your order to you: your name, address, and phone number.
Your choices
You can update or remove your saved address anytime from My Account, or ask us to delete your data entirely by emailing vibe2connect@gmail.com.
